Learn how to recycle old paper and create beautiful new handmade papers including natural and found materials, perfect for note cards, and starting points for your artworks.
In this workshop you will learn about the art of papermaking, and have a go at creating your own handmade papers, choosing the colour, texture and added elements like plant materials, fibres and sparkles! You will learn how to mulch, mix and use a deckle to create sheets of unique paper.
You will also have the opportunity to decorate some handmade papers, embellishing them with embroidery techniques.
